Linsday Ferguson | CSW Intern
Therapist| Pronouns: she/her/hers
Lindsay is passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges and transitions, helping them process trauma and past experiences, build tools for resilience, and reconnect with their inner knowing to feel more grounded, confident, and empowered. She works with people of all ages—as well as couples—experiencing life transitions of all types, including faith transitions, relationship challenges, parenting concerns (including parenting neurodiverse children), LGBTQ+ experiences, trauma, and mental health concerns. Her experience co-facilitating a support group for parents of LGBTQ+ children navigating the complexities of religion deepened her commitment to providing affirming care where clients feel truly seen and supported.
Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with psychodynamic exploration to support clients in processing trauma, validating their experiences, and recognizing unconscious patterns that may shape current challenges. She also incorporates mindfulness practices and DBT-informed skills to support emotional regulation and encourage a healthy mind-body connection. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Utah and is currently completing her Master of Social Work at Louisiana State University.
