Groups
Our groups are a safe, confidential community at a lower cost than individual therapy.
Groups at Symmetry Counseling are a unique way to find support and connect with others experiencing similar challenges, and life transitions, or wanting to enhance their health and well-being at a lower cost than individual therapy.
Support Groups are a valuable therapeutic approach that offers numerous benefits for individuals seeking support and growth in a mental health practice.
Groups provide a sense of belonging as participants realize they are not alone in their struggles. This sense of community can be incredibly empowering and helps individuals feel understood and supported in a way that individual therapy may not always provide. Participants can learn from each other’s experiences, perspectives, and coping strategies. They can gain new insights, develop empathy, and acquire practical skills to navigate their challenges.
Group sessions provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals. Participants receive valuable feedback and guidance from our provider and other group members, allowing personal growth and improved relational dynamics.
Our Groups offer a unique and powerful therapeutic experience that complements individual therapy. It provides a supportive community, fosters personal growth, enhances interpersonal skills, and offers a cost-effective option for individuals seeking mental health support.

You are meant to touch, feel, explore, and discover.
You are meant to belong to yourself.”
