Symmetry Counseling offers ketamine services as a cutting-edge treatment option for individuals struggling with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. Ketamine is administered in a controlled and monitored setting by our experienced medical professionals. This innovative therapy has shown promising results in providing rapid relief and improvement for those who have not responded well to traditional treatments.
Psychiatric medication management involves prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting medications for mental health conditions. At Symmetry Counseling, we recognize the complexity of navigating mental health and medication options.
Our approach involves the oversight of medication management by both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a therapist working together. This collaboration allows for the joint monitoring of any adverse medication effects on symptoms and ensures coordinated care for each individual.
Our Founder, Natasha Helfer, LCMFT, CST-S, has over two decades of experience as a mental health professional. With expertise in addressing issues related to relational health, faith transitions, and sexuality, she is passionate about guiding individuals toward positive transformation.
