Rachel Goff | Associate MFT

Therapist| Pronouns: she/her/hers

Rachel Rachel Goff provides individual and couples therapy for clients who feel stuck in patterns of conflict, disconnection, self-doubt, or relationship uncertainty. She offers a warm, collaborative, and compassionate space where clients can slow down, better understand their emotions and relationship patterns, and begin creating meaningful change.

Rachel supports clients navigating relationship issues, intimacy and sexuality concerns, identity exploration, women’s issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, body image concerns, codependency, and family conflict. She is sex-positive, kink-friendly, and affirming of LGBTQ+ clients, polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, and diverse relationship structures.

Rachel helps clients strengthen their relationships with others while also building a healthier, more compassionate relationship with themselves. Her approach is relational, attachment-based, emotionally focused, trauma-informed, feminist, and somatic, and may also draw from Internal Family Systems, narrative therapy, the Gottman Method, and CBT.

Rachel earned her M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University. She is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT).
