Lindsay is passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges and transitions. She helps clients navigate anxiety, trauma, and the emotions and stories they carry, so they can build resilience and reconnect with their inner knowing to feel grounded, centered in their values, and supported in their next steps.
She works with individuals of all ages—as well as couples—through transitions, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, LGBTQ+ experiences, religious trauma and transitions, and mental health challenges.
Lindsay’s therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused techniques, and Internal Family Systems, along with mindful grounding and gentle psychodynamic insight. She helps clients process emotions, recognize patterns, increase psychological flexibility, and strengthen emotional well-being through meaningful, values-based goals and living.
Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Utah and is currently completing her Master of Social Work at Louisiana State University.
