Lindsay Ferguson | CSW

Therapist| Pronouns: she/her/hers

Lindsay is a Certified Social Worker who takes a warm, relational, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. She is passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges and transitions, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief, including forms of grief that aren’t always recognized or supported, so they can feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to what matters in their lives as they move forward. Lindsay works with individuals of all ages and couples, supporting them with mental health concerns, relationship challenges, grief, parenting stress, ADHD, life and faith transitions, religious trauma, LGBTQ+ experiences, and a range of other concerns.

Her approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with a focus on values-based living, narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and sexual health–informed approaches to help clients gain clarity, build skills, and move toward the life they want. She creates a space where clients feel seen, supported, and not alone in what they’re carrying, helping them better understand their patterns with curiosity and compassion, feel more grounded, and explore more intentional ways of responding in their day-to-day lives.

Outside of therapy, Lindsay is a mom of four (from young adult to elementary age) who enjoys cozy sweatshirts, movies, getting outside especially around water, and little and big adventures with her family. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Utah and a Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University.
