Amy Roy believes in the power of helping people discover the strengths they already possess within themselves. Personal empowerment is a driving force in her work. She is deeply passionate about helping people create the lives they desire. Her focus is particularly on guiding individuals through major life transitions, especially after significant changes in their lives or faith. Amy understands that these moments can feel like starting over, and she is dedicated to supporting others as they navigate these challenges to build the lives they envision.
Along with being a certified life coach, Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University and a Master of Higher Education Leadership degree from Northcentral University. She is currently completing an additional Master’s degree from Adams State University to become a Clinical Mental Health Clinician.
