Online Group with Natasha

This group will discuss strategies and ideas around:

• Having been subject to an incorrect diagnosis
• The personal and relational implications of overcoming hurdles in your sexual developmental journey
• Developing an intentional shift into pleasure and eroticism
• Feeling in control of your sexual behavior
• Advocating for your sexuality in ways that follow principles of sexual health

This group is a good fit for men diagnosed as porn or sex “addicts” and subjected to ineffective treatment approaches that pathologized their sexuality and left them ill-equipped to manage their individual and partnered sex lives.

This group is not meant to be a substitute for therapy services.
