Online Group with Natasha

This group has been developed for parents who, after leaving or restructuring their faith communities, are facing common challenges in knowing how to move forward with their children. Some questions that will be addressed:

• How do we tell the children about our changing belief systems?
• What if our children want to stay connected to a faith tradition we are no longer comfortable with?
• How do we teach morality and ethics without the religious structure we are used to?
• How do we teach about sexuality?
• How do we teach about substances (i.e. alcohol, marijuana, psychedelics, etc.)?
• How do we teach and encourage critical thinking skills?
• What kinds of parenting styles do we want to adopt now?
• How do we deal with our doubts and fears of going forward in ways we were told would ruin our family?
• How do we offer our children a community they can benefit from?
